  • For BILLING SUPPORT, you need to call 1-877-692-2253. With this number, you’ll also be limited to certain times at which you can reach the team. These times are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The line is closed on both Saturday and Sunday.
  • For TECH SUPPORT, you need to dial 1-877-692-2253. Since tech issues are probably one of the most important to sort out in order to get your connection up and running as soon as possible, Sparklight’s tech support members are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide you with assistance whenever you need it most.

Have Equipment Picked up 

If you don’t want to (or can’t) return the equipment yourself, a technician can usually pick up the equipment at your house. This might save you time and make things easier for you, but it will cost you a $45 convenience fee.

Cancel Without Equipment Returns 

If you plan on canceling without returning your equipment, you will need to call Sparklight at 1-877-692-2253 to cancel the service. Make sure you have your account number with you so you can go through the necessary steps for cancellation.

The main upsides to Sparklight’s customer service are that it has good online technical support ticket filing, online help articles, and videos to make your life easier before you even have to contact support, easy signup, and cancellation, and you can contact them 24/7.
