Unless otherwise specified, terms are month-to-month. If a customer terminates their service before the next billing date, they are responsible for the entire month's service fees plus an early termination fee. Windstream charges an installation fee. If you terminate your service prior to installation, you will still be required to pay a cancellation fee. Any late payments or rejected payments are subjected to additional charges, including, but not limited to, a late fee, interest, and collection charges.
